Buy XLK/TECL/TQQQ for a rebound. - Bonds: own TMF/TLT when strong/oversold; own TMV when long bonds fall. - Weak SPY trend? Short via SH. - Calm trends? Own SVXY or VTI; else BTAL/cash. It prefers the safer sub‑system by recent drawdown. High use of leveraged/vol ETPs = high risk.
