This strategy compares two choices and puts everything in the one that has been doing better over roughly the last 6 months. Choice 1 is a high-risk basket: mostly leveraged big-tech (FNGG), plus a little volatility protection (UVXY), platinum (PPLT), bitcoin (GBTC), high-yield bonds (USHY), and short-term Treasuries/cash (SHV). Choice 2 is VGT, a simpler fund focused on large U.S. technology stocks like Apple, Microsoft, and Nvidia.
