About

When QQQ’s short‑term momentum is extremely hot (RSI>79), switch into UVXY to bet on a volatility spike; otherwise sit in BIL (cash‑like T‑bills). Checked and rebalanced daily. High risk when in UVXY; mostly cash otherwise.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks a 10‑day “heat meter” (RSI, 0–100) on QQQ, a fund of big Nasdaq tech stocks. If that meter is above 79 (very hot), it buys UVXY, a fund that jumps when market fear/volatility spikes. Otherwise it parks money in BIL, a 1–3‑month T‑bill fund. Rechecks daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample it beats the S&P 500 on risk-adjusted terms: Sharpe 2.19 vs 1.02, max drawdown ~1.35% vs ~18.76%, Calmar 4.51. Mostly cash, with selective volatility bets during spikes - lower risk with disciplined upside.
