About

A Dragon-Portfolio–style, rules-based mix of stocks, bonds, commodities/gold, dollar, and a volatility hedge. It chases strength in good times, defends with dollar/gold/shorts in stress, and uses VIXY sparingly in panics. No leveraged longs.
NutHow it works
It splits money into 5 parts: growth stocks, bonds, commodities/gold, US dollar/cash, and a “crisis hedge.” It uses simple signals: trend (price vs moving averages), momentum (recent winners), and heat/overheat (RSI: >80 very hot, <30 very cold). In calm uptrends it leans into QQQ/tech; in stress or rising rates it shifts to staples, energy, dollar, gold, or 1x short funds; in panics it can hold VIXY (volatility).
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive multi-asset strategy with superior out-of-sample risk-adjusted results: Sharpe 2.18 vs 1.42, Calmar 2.92, max drawdown 6.5% vs 18.8%. Seeks growth with disciplined downside protection versus the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
