This strategy is an aggressive market-timer. It usually puts everything into just one fund at a time. It mainly swings between amplified tech/chip funds, bond funds, bearish funds, and volatility funds. It asks simple questions like: Has the market run up too fast? Fallen too hard? Are bonds acting strong or weak? Based on that, it either chases strength, buys a rebound, or hides in defensive trades.
