Each day it holds one fund. 1) If fear explodes (the inverse‑VIX fund falls >20% in 2 days), go to T‑Bills (BIL). 2) Else decide Up/Down using SPY vs its 200‑day average. 3) A 9‑day heat meter (RSI: 0–100; high=stretched up, low=washed‑out) on Tech (XLK) and on KMLM (a diversified managed‑futures trend fund) picks offense vs defense. Offense: TECL (3× Tech), SVIX (short vol), SQQQ (3× short Nasdaq, only in downtrends). Defense: BTAL (market‑neutral anti‑beta) or SHY. Rebalances daily.
