A very aggressive market-timing strategy that mainly trades leveraged tech funds, buying dips in bull markets, hiding in T-bills or gold when conditions weaken, and sometimes betting on spikes in market fear.

This strategy first asks: “Is big tech in a healthy long-term uptrend?” It checks that using TQQQ, a turbocharged fund tied to the Nasdaq 100. If yes, it usually owns TQQQ. But if markets look too hot, it shifts to UVXY (a bet on market fear) or BIL (very short-term Treasury bills). If tech, semiconductors, biotech, or the broad market have just fallen hard, it buys those dips instead. If no, it becomes more defensive. It may still buy beaten-down tech for a rebound, but otherwise it prefers gold (UGL) or cash-like BIL.
