Each day it ranks many mini-strategies by recent results, then invests equally in the top 3. Each mini-strategy flips between: risk-on (3× stock index funds or the strongest big-cap stocks) when trends are up; and risk-off (Treasuries, T‑Bills, US dollar, commodities, gold, or Utilities) when warning signs appear (volatility spikes, weak trends, or rate/inflation cues).
