This is a fast, rules-based trading strategy that checks the market every day. It mainly tries to decide between gold-related trades and oil-related trades. It watches whether gold has moved sharply up or down, whether oil looks beaten up or trending, and whether markets look panicky. Depending on those signals, it can buy aggressive funds tied to gold, oil, stock indexes, market volatility, or move into short-term government bond funds as a safer parking spot.
