About

A simple trend chaser: pick the two strongest areas among big U.S. stocks, commodities, and bonds (based on about a month of results), then buy their top recent winners, split equally, and rebalance only if weights drift around 5%.
NutHow it works
It watches five buckets: big U.S. stocks (S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dow), commodities, and bonds. It looks at roughly the last month, picks the best two buckets, then buys the 2–3 names in each that have risen the most (e.g., Apple/Microsoft; broad commodity and bond funds). It splits money equally and only rebalances if weights drift ~5%.

Use beginner-friendly language and highlight key performance advantages compared to the S&P 500. Keep under 250 characters.","value_proposition":"Out-of-sample edge: 29.4% annual return, 0.62 beta, Calmar 1.20—stronger upside and better diversification vs SPY's 23.1% return, across stocks, commodities and bonds; note larger drawdowns."}}}

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
