A daily, rules‑based risk switch. It compares recent strength of utilities and junk bonds to tech (QQQ). Each of two tests can allocate 50% to TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100) or to BIL (cash). Final exposure is 0%, 50% or 100% TQQQ.

Each day, it runs two tests using RSI (a 0–100 score of recent price strength). - Test 1: If tech (QQQ) looks stronger than utilities (XLU), vote risk‑on. - Test 2: If high‑yield bonds (JNK) look stronger than tech, vote risk‑on. Each risk‑on vote puts 50% into TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100). Otherwise that 50% goes to BIL (T‑bills). Result: 0%, 50% or 100% in TQQQ; XLU/JNK are signals only.
