About

A rules-driven, modern 60/40: a Safety engine that adapts to interest-rate trends (can go 3x long/short Treasuries or hold dollar/gold), and a Growth engine that uses leveraged tech in calm uptrends but quickly rotates to defensives or VIX hedges in turmoil.
NutHow it works
Two engines: Safety and Growth. - Safety uses bonds, T‑Bills, gold, and the US dollar. If long‑term Treasuries are trending up and calm, it may use 3x long Treasuries; if rates rise or bonds overheat, it shifts to dollar/gold/defensives or even 3x short Treasuries. - Growth rides tech uptrends with leverage when stocks are calm and rising. If markets get “too hot” (RSI = a 0–100 hot/cold meter) or fall fast, it hides in T‑Bills/defensives or buys VIX “insurance.”
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample stats show superior risk-adjusted performance vs the S&P: Sharpe 1.51 vs 1.40, max drawdown ~11% vs ~19%, Calmar ~2.01, beta ~0.64. Growth + Safety engines capture upside while dramatically reducing downturn risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
