About

A rules‑based, high‑octane system that buys Nasdaq/semis on dips, shorts spikes, and rotates among stocks, bonds, commodities, and cash by reading trends and market “fear.” Heavy use of 3x ETFs; aims to ride big moves and sidestep deep drawdowns.
NutHow it works
It trades in three ways: 1) Buy dips/short spikes in Nasdaq & Semis using RSI, a 0–100 “hot/cold” meter (<30 = oversold, >70–80 = overbought). If neutral, sit in T‑Bills (BIL). 2) A trend filter (100–600‑day lookbacks) tilts between growth (tech/healthcare + long or inverse Treasuries) and defense (Treasuries, utilities, cash). 3) If fear (VIX) jumps or bonds lead, shift to Treasuries (TMF/TMV), dollar, gold, or commodities; in extremes, briefly hedge with UVXY.
CheckmarkValue prop
High upside: OOS annualized return ~31.5% vs SPY ~21.8%, driven by Nasdaq/semis and regime shifts. Diversified risk tools (bonds/cash/gold) aim to cushion drawdowns; expect larger swings and up to ~33% max drawdown in stressed markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
