This strategy constantly asks: is the market panicking, calm, overheated, or washed out? It mainly watches big U.S. stock indexes, especially tech. If prices fell hard, it may buy aggressive bullish funds to catch a rebound. If prices ran up too fast or fear spikes, it may shift to bearish/volatility funds or hide in very short-term Treasury bills. In more normal periods, it often falls back to SPHD, a steadier U.S. stock fund focused on high-dividend, lower-volatility companies.
