It tries to ride tech uptrends fast and hide during stress. First, it checks if tech is beating defensive sectors. If yes, it uses short-term “heat” scores (RSI: 0–100; >70–80 = too hot, <30–40 = washed out), volatility spikes, and simple trend checks to pick: TECL/TQQQ/SPXL (aggressive) vs SCHD/BIL (safer) or UVXY/TECS (hedges). Bond signals act as a circuit-breaker.
