This strategy is a market-timing system that uses SCHD as its “home base,” but it will jump into aggressive 3x stock funds when markets look favorable and into crash/volatility funds or T-bills when markets look stressed. Its main guide is a momentum gauge called RSI: high readings mean a market may be overheated, low readings mean it may be beaten down. It mostly watches tech and the S&P 500, then rotates among bullish, defensive, and cash-like holdings.
