An aggressive momentum strategy that uses chip stocks as an early warning signal, flips between bullish and bearish leveraged funds, and otherwise buys the strongest large-cap growth stocks.
NutHow it works
This strategy uses the semiconductor sector as its main warning light. If chip stocks look too hot, it buys SOXS, a fund that rises when semiconductor stocks fall. If chip stocks look suddenly weak, it decides between betting on a rebound with SOXL or staying bearish with SOXS. Otherwise, it checks the overall market. If the market looks extremely overheated, it moves to VIXM, which tends to benefit from rising volatility. If the market looks washed out, it buys the strongest of three aggressive stock-market funds. In normal conditions, it picks the 3 strongest stocks from a list mostly made up of big tech and defense names.
