Owns the 5 hottest large Nasdaq stocks (80%) and keeps a 20% hedge that rises when the Nasdaq falls (PSQ). If short-term 'overheated' signals flash (via RSI on QQQE/FAS), it switches into UVXY, which tends to surge when volatility spikes.

1) It first asks: are markets 'too hot'? It uses RSI (a 0-100 speedometer of recent gains; ~80+ = overheated) on two gauges: QQQE (equal-weight Nasdaq-100) and FAS (a 3x financials fund). If yes, it moves fully into UVXY, a fund that typically jumps when volatility spikes and stocks drop. 2) If not, it buys the 5 Nasdaq leaders with the best recent returns (80% total, split evenly). 3) It keeps 20% in PSQ, which moves opposite the Nasdaq-100, as a hedge.
