About

Sits in T‑Bills unless QQQ is flat. When flat, it bets 100% on either Bitcoin or the most “charged‑up” choice among 3x homebuilders, high‑beta stocks, VIX, or 2x gold. Rebalances daily.
NutHow it works
Every day it checks the Nasdaq-100 (QQQ) over ~10 days. If QQQ is roughly flat (about −1% to +1%), it makes one aggressive bet: either Bitcoin (GBTC) or the single “hottest” of 4—NAIL (3x homebuilders), SPHB (high‑beta stocks), VIXM (market volatility), or UGL (2x gold)—picked by which moved around the most in the last 5 days. Otherwise it sits in BIL (T‑Bills).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe ~1.20 vs ~1.11, return ~34% vs ~19%, drawdown ~15% vs ~19%, beta ~0.27, Calmar ~2.29. A risk-managed, opportunistic strategy aiming higher upside with less downside than the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
