About

A daily, rules-based “traffic-light” system: if global risk looks weak, hold cash; if trends are healthy, press aggressive growth (often leveraged tech/homebuilders); if weak, buy only deep dips or rotate into defensive assets. Small crypto sleeve when Bitcoin trends up.
NutHow it works
Think of it as traffic lights for risk. 1) If a global shipping gauge (BDRY) looks weak, sit in T‑bills (cash-like). 2) If it’s ok, check the S&P 500 vs its long-term average. Above it: take growth bets (often leveraged tech/homebuilders), sometimes picking recent laggards for rebounds. Below it: try buying very sharp dips; if no dip, move to defense (bonds, staples, low-vol, strong dollar, or even short tech/vol hedges). 3) A small crypto sleeve (GBTC) turns on only when Bitcoin’s short-term trend is up. Notes: RSI ≈ how fast price has risen/fallen lately; moving average = typical price over X days; drawdown = drop from a recent peak. This is an aggressive, fast-switching plan; losses can be large.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample strategy beats the S&P 500 on risk-adjusted terms: ~2.54 Sharpe, Calmar ~6.65, and ~153% annualized return vs ~32% for SPY. Dynamic risk-on/off with selective leverage and hedges; note the potential for larger drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
