Each day it: 1) Ranks a basket by last 20 trading days’ return; keeps the top 3. 2) Buys each only if two checks agree: RSI (recent ups vs downs, 0–100) > 50 and the 21‑day price average is above the 210‑day average (uptrend). Otherwise that slice goes to BIL/SHV/IEI (short‑term Treasury ETFs). Equal‑weighted; daily rebalance. The basket skews to big tech/AI, semis, innovation funds (some leveraged), and a few crypto‑exposed names.
