About

Daily, buy the two strongest recent performers from a list of big-name stocks/ETF—but only if their trends look healthy and not overheated. If a pick fails the checks, that slice sits in short-term Treasuries instead.
NutHow it works
Each day: 1) Rank AAPL, MSFT, PEP, GOOGL, TSLA, META, SPY, NVDA, COST, AMZN by their last ~20 trading days’ return. Pick the top 2 and split money equally. 2) For each pick, buy it only if it’s in an uptrend (short-term average > long-term) and its RSI (a 0–100 “hot/cold” score) is in a healthy zone. If not, hold SHV, IEI, and BIL (short‑term Treasuries) instead.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~75% annualized return vs ~18.5% for SPY, best risk-adjusted Sharpe ~2.51 vs ~1.04, and ~9.8% max drawdown vs ~18.8% for SPY. A momentum-driven, risk-managed strategy that uses treasuries when targets fail.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
