A rule-based, risk-on/risk-off trader. When growth/tech get very hot it hides in long Treasuries; otherwise it rides tech/semis or hedges with inverse S&P or VIX. It can also rotate into Bitcoin, oil, or select stocks. Uses leveraged ETFs.

Each day it checks a heat gauge (RSI: a 0–100 score of how “hot” prices are). If broad U.S. growth/value/tech look too hot, it parks in long‑term U.S. Treasuries (TLT/VGLT). Otherwise it rides tech/semis via leveraged funds (SOXL/TECL/NVDL) when trends are OK, or hedges with SPXU (short S&P) or UVIX (VIX). Side rules can rotate into GBTC (Bitcoin), OXY (oil), WM/CTAS/APP/AMZN/ADBE/CRM, or GLD‑linked defensives. Picks are split roughly equally.
