A monthly strategy that uses the bond market as a traffic light: in good conditions it chooses between Bitcoin and the U.S. dollar; in weaker conditions it makes a contrarian bet on one beaten-down alternative asset.
NutHow it works
Once a month, the strategy checks whether the broad U.S. bond market (BND) has been rising over the last ~4 months. If yes, it picks either Bitcoin exposure (GBTC) or a strong-U.S.-dollar fund (USDU), choosing whichever has the stronger recent trend. If bonds have been weak, it switches to a different list and buys the one that looks the most beaten-down recently, betting on a rebound.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
