A market-timing strategy: hide in short-term Treasuries when big tech looks too hot, buy an aggressive Nasdaq fund after sharp selloffs, and otherwise hold 10 large “quality” stocks.

This strategy watches QQQ, a fund built mostly around big tech names like Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Nvidia. It uses a speedometer called RSI to see whether that market has moved too far, too fast. If QQQ looks overheated, it moves to BIL, a very safe short-term Treasury fund. If QQQ looks badly beaten down, it buys TQQQ, a very aggressive fund that magnifies Nasdaq moves. Otherwise, it holds 10 large, well-known companies picked from a quality-stock list.
