An ultra-aggressive, daily-traded strategy that chases the strongest growth areas in good markets, but can quickly flip into hedges, bearish funds, bonds, or volatility trades when conditions look dangerous.

This strategy is a fast-reacting market “switchboard.” It first checks whether the overall market is healthy or weak, mainly by seeing if the S&P 500 is above its long-term trend line. In strong markets, it often buys very aggressive funds tied to tech, semiconductors, financials, AI, crypto, or stocks like Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Amazon, and Meta. It usually picks whichever area has been rising the strongest lately. If the market looks too hot too fast, it can shift into crash-protection trades like UVXY or funds that go up when tech falls. It also watches KMLM, a managed-futures fund, as a stress gauge: if KMLM is acting strong, that can signal a rougher environment, and the strategy becomes more defensive. In weak markets, it may move into bearish Nasdaq funds, Treasury bonds, cash-like T-bills, or defensive funds. It can also make short-term rebound bets after sharp selloffs.

Regime-switching strategy seeks diversification and upside in strong growth periods with momentum and hedges, complementing the S&P. Note: OOS shows negative returns and larger drawdowns; best used as a tactical sleeve, not core.
