About

Daily strategy that rides strong uptrends in 3x tech/S&P funds (SOXL, TQQQ, SPXL), shifts to Treasuries/gold/cash when signals weaken, and may use inverse 3x ETFs in fast drops. Built to chase upside while avoiding catastrophic drawdowns.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks two things: volatility (how bumpy) and momentum (recent X‑day return and a “hot‑vs‑cold” score called RSI; above ~50 = buyers). If trends are calm and up, it buys the recent winners among 3x stock funds: SOXL (chipmakers), TQQQ (Nasdaq‑100), SPXL (S&P 500). If things get choppy or fall, it shifts to TLT (US Treasuries), GLD (gold), and BIL (cash‑like). In sharp drops, it can briefly hold inverse 3x funds to cushion or profit.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy chases strong 3x tech/S&P uptrends and defensively hedges with Treasuries/gold/cash, delivering higher upside and lower drawdowns—stronger, more favorable risk-adjusted returns than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
