This strategy does not try to predict the market or use trading signals. It simply spreads money across many different investments: big US stocks, foreign stocks, smaller US stocks, several kinds of bonds, gold, commodities, and real estate. Each piece has a fixed target weight, so the idea is that when one area struggles, another may help balance it out.
