This strategy is a daily “market mood detector.” It checks whether stocks look overheated, oversold, trending up, or turning risky by comparing broad market funds like SPY and QQQ with bond funds and volatility funds. Then it picks from very aggressive bets: leveraged tech funds, bearish funds that rise when markets fall, or safer parking spots like Treasury-bill funds, gold, or anti-volatility holdings.
