This strategy splits your money into 5 parts: a core U.S. stock holding, a hedge using gold and trend-following futures, a rotation into the 2 strongest market sectors, a basket of cheaper large-company stocks, and a commodity sleeve. It follows simple rules: favor recent winners, give more weight to steadier holdings, and move weak commodity themes into short-term Treasury bills (SGOV), which acts like a cash parking spot.
