Each day it checks a simple trend on SPY (the main S&P 500 fund): is today’s price above its average over the last 50 trading days? - If yes: go mostly into stocks — VTI (US), VEA (developed ex‑US), VWO (emerging), plus small‑value tilts AVUV (US) and AVDV (intl). - If no: keep 30% in those stocks and move 70% into Treasuries (VGSH short‑term, SPTI intermediate).
