Checks SPY (S&P 500 ETF) against its 200-day average. If SPY is above, go 100% stocks: VTI (US), VEA (dev ex-US), VWO (emerging), plus small-value tilts AVUV (US) and AVDV (intl). If below, shift to 70% US Treasuries via VGSH (short) and SPTI (intermed.), keep 30% in the same stock mix. Stocks cover all sectors; small-value tilts lean more to financials, industrials, energy, materials than big tech. Checked daily.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
