Each day it checks a simple trend: is the S&P 500 (SPY) price above its average over the last ~100 trading days? SPY is a widely watched gauge of U.S. stocks. If yes (uptrend), it holds 100% stocks across U.S., foreign developed, and emerging markets, with extra in smaller, cheaper companies. If no (downtrend), it shifts to 70% U.S. Treasury bonds (short + intermediate) and keeps 30% in the same stock mix. It rebalances to these targets daily.
