About

A modern permanent portfolio: diversified across stocks, bonds, income funds, and commodities. It leans into strength (sometimes with leverage) when trends are up and shifts to safer bond/cash-like or dividend choices when trends cool. Rebalanced monthly.
NutHow it works
Each month, your money is split across five sleeves: Growth (stocks), Deflation (bonds), Income, Inflation hedges (commodities), and a small Core. Simple “trend” checks decide offense vs defense—own the stronger asset (sometimes a 3× version) or fall back to safer bond/cash/dividend picks. Then rebalance.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: higher risk-adjusted returns with lower drawdowns than the S&P 500. Sharpe ~1.71 vs ~1.30; annualized return ~22.5% vs 20.7%; max drawdown ~12.6% vs 18.8%; beta ~0.63—more gain with less market risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
