About

Buys a daily, equal‑weight basket of beaten‑down mining/critical‑metals names (and two ETFs), chosen for short‑term rebounds using 50‑day trend weakness and 2‑day RSI oversold readings. Very concentrated, high turnover, and high risk.
NutHow it works
What it owns: a fixed list of mining and battery‑materials stocks/ETFs (examples: FCX, MP, ABAT, NAK, CPER for copper, ILIT for lithium). Each day it buys the names that look most “washed out.” It picks: 1) 3 that sit far below their 50‑day average price (the simple average of the last ~50 days), and 2) 3 with the lowest 2‑day RSI (a 0–100 score of very recent moves; low = dropped fast). It splits money evenly and rebalances daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Daily, equal-weight bets on beaten miners and critical materials seek short-term rebounds. In out-of-sample testing, it delivered higher risk-adjusted upside during commodity cycles and lower correlation to the S&P, boosting diversification.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
