About

A single-company bet: ~50% in MicroStrategy stock and ~50% in its preferred shares (mix of fixed 10% and variable-rate), rebalanced daily. High concentration and crypto-linked risk; preferreds aim to add income and some stability.
NutHow it works
It splits your money in half. About 50% goes into MicroStrategy’s regular stock (MSTR). The other 50% goes into three income-paying “preferred” shares from the same company in a 45%/35%/20% mix (two fixed 10% and one variable-rate). It rebalances daily to keep those weights. No market timing.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample results show this strategy underperforming the S&P 500: negative annualized return, higher drawdowns, and negative risk-adjusted metrics. Not suitable as core exposure—consider only a tiny satellite with strict risk limits.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
