Each day it checks whether certain “signal” names rose over the last 30 days. If a signal is up, that slice buys a paired stock/ETF; if not, it sits in SGOV (T‑bills). Slices: 45% SSYS (3D printing) if RGTI (quantum) is up; 15% PLTR (AI/defense) if MP (rare earths) is up; 15% CCJ (uranium) if CCJ is up; 10% ALB (lithium) if ALB is up; 8% RGTI if URA (uranium ETF) is up; 7% REMX (rare‑earths ETF) if REMX is up.
