Daily: 1) Compute RSI on TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100). RSI is a 0–100 gauge of recent moves; <25 = very oversold. 2) If <25: buy 100% of the worst 10‑day performer among TQQQ, TECL (3× tech), SOXL (3× semis). 3) Else: buy 100% of the worst 10‑day performer among CPER (copper), SLV (silver), PALL (palladium), PPLT (platinum), SLX (steel stocks), UGL (2× gold). Holds one ETF; rebalances daily.
