Each day it checks a heat gauge (RSI) on QQQ and SPY: low (<30) = washed out; high (>79) = overheated. If washed out, buy the worst 10‑day performer among 3x stock funds (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, UPRO). If overheated, buy UVXY (jumps when fear spikes). Otherwise, buy the weakest metal/steel fund (GLD, SLV, PPLT, PALL, CPER, SLX). One ETF at a time; very high risk.
