Each day it buys one ETF: if tech looks washed out (RSI<30 on TQQQ), it buys the weakest of three triple‑levered tech funds; otherwise it buys the weakest metal/steel fund. One holding at a time, aiming for quick rebounds; high risk and frequent switches.

Daily, the system checks an oversold gauge (RSI) on TQQQ, a tech fund that targets 3x daily moves. RSI < 30 means heavy recent losses. If so, it puts 100% into the most beaten‑down of three turbocharged tech funds (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL) over the last 10 days. Otherwise, it puts 100% into the metal/steel fund that fell most in 10 days (CPER, GLD, SLV, PALL, PPLT, SLX). It rechecks daily, so holdings can change often. This is a short‑term contrarian bounce play.
