It’s a rules-based trader. It watches tech/semis for “too hot/too cold” signs (RSI = a hot/cold meter). If too hot, it hedges or uses inverse funds; if washed out, it buys 3x bulls (e.g., TQQQ/SOXL). If neither, it parks in T‑bills. A macro check (stocks vs bonds, dollar, commodities) shifts into Treasuries, dollar, gold or commodities when risk rises.
