Daily rules: 1) If VIXM (volatility ETF) is “hot” by a 14‑day RSI (a 0–100 heat gauge of recent moves) >70, sit in BIL (T‑bills). 2) Else compare 15‑day RSI of BND (bonds) vs QQQ (Nasdaq). If bonds hotter: long SOXL if SMH’s 10‑day RSI<65, short SOXS if >75, else BIL. If stocks hotter: short SOXS if >80, long SOXL if <25, else BIL.
