Daily, rules‑driven blend that seeks high growth by owning 3x Nasdaq/S&P/Tech when the trend is strong and calm, scaling into big dips, and retreating to T‑bills or Treasuries when risk signals flash. Very aggressive and tech‑heavy.

- It blends many small rule sets and rebalances daily. - It checks: trend (price vs its moving average), heat (RSI: a 0–100 score; high=“hot”, low=“washed out”), and volatility (how choppy recent moves are). - If trend is up and volatility is calm, it buys 3x growth funds (mainly TQQQ, UPRO; sometimes TECL/SOXL). - On sharp dips (very low RSI or big 5–6 day drops), it scales in gradually. - If trend weakens, RSI is too hot, or volatility spikes, it moves to T‑bills (BIL) or long Treasuries (TMF).
