This strategy is a bundle of mini trading systems. Most of them try to own aggressive funds tied to the S&P 500, Nasdaq, technology, semiconductors, Apple, or Tesla when those areas look strong or unusually beaten down. When markets look too hot, too shaky, or too weak, it often moves into BIL, a very short-term U.S. Treasury fund that acts like a cash parking spot.
