RSI = a 0–100 “hot/cold” gauge; moving averages show trend. Two engines: 1) Bitcoin/tech: if BTC looks hot it shorts (BITI); if weak/below trend it may buy MSTR or pivot to Nasdaq: buy TQQQ when very oversold, hedge with UVXY when overheated, or flip to SQQQ/SPXU. 2) ARK/growth: the bond market is a traffic light. If green, go long (TARK, SOXL, TECL, UPRO/TQQQ); if red, go short (SARK, SOXS, SQQQ) or sit in BIL/BSV, VIX funds, gold (UGL), or dollar (UUP/USDU).
