About

Tactical crypto with a sidecar. It shorts Bitcoin (BITI) when BTC looks overheated, or buys the strongest crypto proxy (BITO/MSTR/COIN). If no edge, it shifts to a dollar-up defense (USDU) or a risk-on pair (usually SOXL + PDBC).
NutHow it works
It trades Bitcoin’s swings and uses a fallback “Gain Train.” - If Bitcoin looks weak (price under a 62‑day average), it often shorts it via BITI when it looks overheated (RSI = a “too hot” gauge). Otherwise it buys the strongest of BITO (Bitcoin ETF), MSTR (Bitcoin‑heavy firm), or COIN (Coinbase). - No clear edge? If the U.S. dollar is trending up, hold USDU (long USD). If not, rotate into the 2 liveliest of SOXL (3x semis), PDBC (commodities), and BIL (T‑bills).
CheckmarkValue prop
Upside: OOS annualized return ~28.5% vs SPY ~20.3%, with Calmar ~0.72. Diversified crypto-rotation using BTC proxies and hedges. Note: higher drawdowns than SPY; higher risk tolerance required.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
