If signals are unclear, it runs a 2x‑Nasdaq plan: buy dips (QLD), hedge extremes (UVXY), or rotate among leveraged longs, shorts, or bonds based on recent selloffs. Uses RSI (a simple “hot/cold” gauge), recent returns, and volatility.
