About

Daily, trend-filtered rotation: holds Nasdaq-100 at 1x/2x/3x when conditions are normal, flips into VIXY/UVXY when tech looks overheated, and parks in SHY if the broad market trend turns down.
NutHow it works
1) Trend check: if SPY is above its 200‑day average, take risk; else hold SHY (short‑term Treasuries). 2) Risk‑on: if QQQ looks very “hot” (RSI10>80; RSI = 0–100 momentum score), switch into VIXY/UVXY (funds that usually jump when markets drop). Mix by VIXY’s RSI5: >85=30/70 UVXY/VIXY; 70–85=100% UVXY; 40–70=40/60; <40=100% VIXY. 3) Otherwise own QQQ/QLD/TQQQ (1x/2x/3x) picked by 30‑day volatility (lower vol → more leverage). Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~39% annual return vs ~23% for the S&P, with Calmar ~2.47 and max drawdown ~15.7% vs SPY’s ~5.1%. Leveraged Nasdaq exposure with trend filters and volatility hedges aims for higher upside with disciplined risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
