About

Most money toggles between US stocks (plus a 2x S&P booster) and T‑bills using a fear‑gauge speedometer. A small sleeve buys 2x Bitcoin only on deep dips and holds Berkshire otherwise. A steady 5% stays in large‑cap growth.
NutHow it works
Daily: 1) Check a “fear gauge” ETF (VIXY). If its 10‑day RSI (a 0–100 price‑speedometer) is below 73, go risk‑on: split most money between VTI (total US stocks) and SPUU (2x S&P 500). If not, park that money in BIL (T‑bills). 2) Check Bitcoin via BITO’s RSI. If above 27, hold BRK/B (Berkshire). If 27 or below, hold BITX (2x Bitcoin). 3) Always keep 5% in VUG (US large‑cap growth).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~21.8% vs SPY ~19.1%, with a Sharpe near 1.11 and beta ~1.0. The strategy uses fear-gauge timing, cash-like risk-off when needed, and a small crypto sleeve—potential for higher growth, but with larger drawdowns than SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
