A mostly stock-based portfolio that stays aggressive when volatility looks calm, shifts most money to T-bills during market stress, keeps a small growth allocation, and makes a small side bet between Berkshire and leveraged Bitcoin.

The portfolio resets every day and splits into 3 parts. • 90%: If market fear is not spiking, it holds broad U.S. stocks (VTI) plus a 2x S&P 500 fund (SPUU). If fear is unusually high, it moves this chunk into very short-term Treasury bills (BIL). • 5%: If Bitcoin has been weak lately, it holds Berkshire Hathaway (BRK/B). Otherwise it switches to a 2x Bitcoin fund (BITX). • 5%: Always stays in VUG, a large-cap U.S. growth stock fund.
